In this workshop, participants will learn how personal connections are vital to mental health. Connecting online can help supplement in-person connection by letting people discover communities, share with friends and family, connect digitally when they can’t meet in person, and even access mental health services.

This Connected Canadians workshop is held in partnership with Clarkson Seniors and is exclusively for their community members.
