This in-person workshop will help participants learn how to troubleshoot their personal devices, locate and understand their device information, search for helpful information, and get support online when needed.

This workshop begins with a presentation, followed by one-on-one customized support. Participants are encouraged to bring their devices and learning goals to receive technology training and support from mentors. Connected Canadians mentors will provide personalized assistance to help participants apply what they’ve learned and build confidence using their devices.

This Connected Canadians workshop is held in partnership with Lambton House for their community members.
